The following applies to all Website Orders:

• It is preferred to have 24 hours notice of Pickup orders.
• This service does not include Gift Cards, Lotto or Pharmacy Prescriptions (please contact them directly)
• Orders received and confirmed by phone BEFORE 12:00 pm will be available for pickup that same day.
• Website orders received AFTER 12:00 pm will be available for pickup the NEXT available pickup day.
• Pickup dates are currently only Monday to Friday
• Please note if you submit your order after 12:00 PM on Friday, it will be moved to the next service day, which will be Monday.
• Sorry, no delivery available

Step One – Place your order

• Simply place your order through our newly created website.
• You will receive a confirmation email of this order.
• Be specific! Indicate brand, size, type, and preference as much as possible.
• We will pick only the freshest product and do our very best to accommodate your items
• Indicate wherever possible if you are open to substitution of product brands.

Step Two – We will contact you by phone

• We will contact you by phone once we have completed your shop.
• This contact will ensure your order is correct and will notify you of absent items
• We will then verify your approval of the payment amount to be placed on your credit card prior to the payment being made.
• Any concerns or updated requests can also be made or verified at this time.
• All sales after this point are considered FINAL.
• We will not be accepting returns or refunds
• We will not provide rain checks for this service.
• We will also provide an appointment time for your order

Step Three – Curbside Pickup

• Pickups Monday – Friday only
• Pickup outside to the left of the Exit door so as to not block the store Exit and to maintain physical distancing
• An appointment time will be communicated by text/phone of when the order is to be ready
